silently sinking into panic because of the swarming stars ahead surrounded by endless softly scheming blades of grass around your feet and all you that thought was there to cradle is actually feeding on your heart increasing the beating stress that causes you to fall about like leaves is this what you want? is this what you'd choose? if someone could come to care for you and scratch at your skull until you were lulled into a dream you open your eyes to fields of apples and none of look alike at all their beauty and taste will never make it to your tongue and teeth so white is this what you want? is this what you'd choose? if someone could come to care for you and scratch at your skull until you were lulled into a dream is this what you want? a battle to lose? the choice of a thousand different blues that scratch at your skull until you are lulled into defeat

I remember the old days meeting boys on the stairs from a pile of old pictures There's a carton of old milk on the refrigerator door which they won't drink anymore and I have heard they say old age is for the birds How's your memory now? How's your memory now? I recall the old music jazzy beats on the ground and the melody, Oh... the sound there's a box of old letters from a lover that died back in '74, maybe '75 and I have heard they say old age is for the birds How's your memory now? How's your memory now? How's your memory now?

rusty-colored, frayed and fought for in the morning between the bus doors and I have the only water and you thought that I would share more urgency is what I offer all the other toys are mine six five seven, what's just one more? watching clocks, that's what they're made for fell asleep before the front door and you thought that I would share more urgency is what I offer all the other toys are mine urgency is what I offer all the other toys are mine
